When there are many options available - especially with AI - it becomes easy to stay in evaluation mode. This practice helps interrupt that loop and bring awareness to the moment where clarity is no longer missing… just avoided.
How to Begin
Use this when you notice yourself generating, comparing, or refining past the point where you already have a viable direction.
What to Do
Pause on the option that feels close enough.
Instead of asking “Is this the best one?”, ask “Would I be willing to choose this and move forward with it?”
If the answer is yes - even slightly - choose it and stop generating.

Notice what changes once the decision is made. Not in the output - but in your energy.
